Flash/ActionScript Programmer
You will be working on ActionScript/Flash and play an important role in the web strategy of the company.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- * Building Functional Components and Applications using Flash/ActionScript.
- * Communicate with product team, understand their needs, and also provide feedback on the product and service.
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- * Good knowledge of ActionScript and advance Flash/Flex.
- * Flash graphic design and animation skills are required.
- * Familiar with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript and OOP concepts.
- * Preferably have experience in making Flash communicate with server side object such as web pages web services and databases.
- * Self learning with good attitude and problem solving skills, working under pressure.
- * A team player with excellent time management skills.
- * Good analytical skills.
- * Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- * Displays great initiative and motivation.
QA Manager
In this role you will help us build a strong testing team, and at the same time ensure that the quality of service which we deliver to the customers is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- * Developing testing checklist templates and test plans.
- * QA execution, bug management and quality reporting.
- * Ensure that the service is release worthy, and is of a high standard.
- * Manage/hire a team of talented test engineers.
- * Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and give feedbacks to the product and engineering team, on the direction the service is heading.
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- * 4 years of QA experience in web products or online services.
- * 2 years of experience managing the QA for large programs with multiple sub-projects and project managers.
- * An engineering college degree.
- * Familiarity with automated testing tools, and writing test scripts and some programming skills.
- * A team player with excellent time management skills.
- * Excellent analytical skills.
- * Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- * Ability to learn quickly and be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- * Able to work well in a cross-functional environment.
- * Displays great initiative and motivation.
